Blessed is the life of those in this world who recite the Name of Vaheguru with their mouth and reflect about the war of righteousness in their mind. (Because) this body is impermanent and will not last forever; the one who boards the boat of glory (through Vaheguru's Praise and righteous actions) will cross over the world-ocean.
