ਕਾਹੇ ਰੇ ਮਨ ਚਿਤਵਹਿ ਉਦਮੁ ਜਾ ਆਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਜੀਉ ਪਰਿਆ ॥
O mind, why do you worry, when Dear Vaheguru Himself takes care of you?
ਜਾ ਦੁਖੁ ਲਾਗੈ ਤਾ ਤੁਝੈ ਸਮਾਲੀ ॥
When pain comes, then I remember only You, Vaheguru.
ਜਾ ਦਿਨਿ ਬਿਸਰੈ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਸੁਖਦਾਤਾ ਸੋ ਦਿਨੁ ਜਾਤ ਅਜਾਏ ॥
That day, when the Giver of peace to life is forgotten - that day passes uselessly.
ਜਾ ਤੂ ਮੇਰੈ ਵਲਿ ਹੈ ਤਾ ਕਿਆ ਮੁਹਛੰਦਾ ॥
When You are on my side, Vaheguru, what do I need to worry about?
ਜਾ ਕਉ ਬਿਸਰੈ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮ ਤਾਹੂ ਕਉ ਪੀਰ ॥
One who forgets Vaheguru’s Name, suffers in pain.
ਜਾ ਕਉ ਟੇਕ ਤੁਮੑਾਰੀ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਤਾ ਕਉ ਨਾਹੀ ਚਿੰਤਾ ॥
Vaheguru, those with Your Support are not touched by anxiety.
ਜਾ ਕਉ ਰਾਮ ਭਤਾਰੁ ਤਾ ਕੈ ਅਨਦੁ ਘਣਾ ॥
(That soul-bride) who has Vaheguru as her Husband, enjoys great bliss.
