ਜਿਨਿ ਸਭੁ ਕਿਛੁ ਦੀਆ ਤਿਸੁ ਚਿਤਵਤ ਨਾਹਿ ॥ ਮਹਾ ਬਿਖਿਆ ਮਹਿ ਦਿਨੁ ਰੈਨਿ ਜਾਹਿ ॥

Humans don’t remember the One, who has given them everything. Engrossed in terrible sins, their days and nights are going away.

ਚੇਤਿ ਰਾਮੁ ਨਾਹੀ ਜਮ ਪੁਰਿ ਜਾਹਿਗਾ ਜਨੁ ਬਿਚਰੈ ਅਨਰਾਧਾ ॥

Remember Vaheguru, or else you shall go to the City of Death. Don’t wander around, out of control.

ਨਾਮੁ ਸਿਮਰਿ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਸਭ ਜਾਹਿ ॥

Remembering the Naam, all anxiety departs.
