ਜਉ ਸੁਖ ਕਉ ਚਾਹੈ ਸਦਾ ਸਰਨਿ ਰਾਮ ਕੀ ਲੇਹ ॥

If you wish for eternal peace, then seek the Shelter of Vaheguru.

ਨਿਰਧਨ ਕਉ ਧਨੁ ਅੰਧੁਲੇ ਕਉ ਟਿਕ ਮਾਤ ਦੂਧੁ ਜੈਸੇ ਬਾਲੇ ॥

As wealth is to the poor, the walking stick for the blind and mother's milk for an infant (so is Gurbani for me).

ਸਿਮਰਿ ਸਾਹਿਬੁ ਸੋ ਸਚੁ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਰਿਜਕੁ ਸਭਸੁ ਕਉ ਦੀਏ ਜੀਉ ॥

So meditate on Vaheguru, our True Lord and Master, who gives nourishment to all.
