Means: The following Shabad is in the melody of Raag Sorath, and is the Baani of Bhagat Ravidaas Jee

ਸਭਨਾ ਰਾਗਾਂ ਵਿਚਿ ਸੋ ਭਲਾ ਭਾਈ ਜਿਤੁ ਵਸਿਆ ਮਨਿ ਆਇ ॥

Among all Raagas, that one is the best, O Siblings, by listening to which Vaheguru comes to reside in the mind.

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਰਾਗ ਸੁਆਦ ਅਨ ਤਿਆਗੇ ॥

The Gurmukh renounces worldly pleasures and other tastes.

ਸਭ ਕੈ ਮਧਿ ਸਭ ਹੂ ਤੇ ਬਾਹਰਿ ਰਾਗ ਦੋਖ ਤੇ ਨਿਆਰੋ ॥

Vaheguru is inside all, and outside of all as well; He is untouched and unaffected by love or hate.
