ਸੋਰਠਿ in Gurbani
ਸੋਰਠਿ ਮਃ ੧ ਚਉਤੁਕੇ ॥
Means: The following Shabad is in the melody of Raag Sorath,
written by the First Guru (Guru Nanak Dev Jee),
and each musical stanza consists of four (ਚਉ) lines (ਤੁਕ).
