ਤੇ in Gurbani

ਹਿੰਦੂ ਤੁਰਕ ਕਹਾ ਤੇ ਆਏ ਕਿਨਿ ਏਹ ਰਾਹ ਚਲਾਈ ॥

Where have the Hindus and Muslims come from? Who put them on their different paths?

ਮਾਂਗਉ ਰਾਮ ਤੇ ਸਭਿ ਥੋਕ ॥

I beg only from Vaheguru for all things.

ਖਸਮੁ ਵਿਸਾਰਹਿ ਤੇ ਕਮਜਾਤਿ ॥

Those who forget Vaheguru, they are vile and lowly.

ਨਾਨਕ ਤੇ ਮੁਖ ਉਜਲੇ ਕੇਤੀ ਛੁਟੀ ਨਾਲਿ ॥

O Nanak, (those who remember Vaheguru) they have radiant faces, and many are saved along with them!

ਮਿਲਤ ਪਿਆਰੋ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਨਾਥੁ ਕਵਨ ਭਗਤਿ ਤੇ ॥

Through what worship can I meet my Beloved, my breath of life?

ਸਭ ਕੋ ਤੁਮ ਹੀ ਤੇ ਵਰਸਾਵੈ ਅਉਸਰੁ ਕਰਹੁ ਹਮਾਰਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਜੀਉ ॥
